Normally, Star-Crossed Starlet can have only 1 damage on her (and therefore +1 ATK from her ability) without dying. 2 damage is enough to kill her. But if she has a +1/+1 rune on her, for example from Bloom, then she has a total of 3 HP and can therefore have 2 damage on her (and +2 ATK from her ability) without dying. — Sirlin, 03/03/16
